The Team Behind ‘Castle of Shikigami’ Series Returns with a New Title with a Cameo Appearance from the Series Available as DLC!

London, UK – January 30th, 2020 – Chorus Worldwide and Alfa System are pleased to announce the release of Sisters Royale: Five Sisters Under Fire, a vertical scrolling shoot ‘em up rooted in the style of the classic, ‘Castle of Shikigami’ series. Originally released in Japan on Nintendo Switch last year, Sisters Royale: Five Sisters Under Fire is now available for Nintendo eShop for $13.99/€12.99/£11.69 and PlayStation Store for $13.99/€13.99/£11.49.

The inspiration for Sisters Royale: Five Sisters Under Fire originates in the anime aesthetic of 2007’s ‘Castle of Shikigami’ series. Five sisters with unique magical powers race to capture the heart of an angel, Yashin. As with ‘Castle of Shikigami’ series, Sisters Royale: Five Sisters Under Fire deploys power boost mechanics that allow players to gain scores by taking high risks. Now with global online leaderboard support, the game will appeal to shoot ‘em up novices through to legendary veterans and everyone else in between!

For fans of ‘Castle of Shikigami’, a new DLC pack featuring a cameo appearance by one of the series’ best loved characters will be available on day one from Nintendo eShop for $2.99/€2.50/£2.29 and PlayStation Store for $2.80/€2.50/£2.29.

Sisters Royale: Five Sisters Under Fire is set to arrive on other platforms with further details to be announced this year.
